Missota Conference swim meet is Saturday

New Prague will compete in the Missota Conference swimming and diving championships Saturday at Hidden Oaks Middle School in Prior Lake.

Six other teams will be competing in the meet: Farmington, Hutchinson, Northfield, Prior Lake, Red Wing and Shakopee. Diving will begin at 10 a.m. and swimming competition at 1 p.m.

The Trojans will be in action next at the Section 1A championships, which will be held in Austin Wednesday, Nov. 7, and Friday, Nov. 9. Teams competing there include Albert Lea, Austin, Mankato East/Loyola, Mankato West, Minnesota State Academy for the Blind, New Prague, Northfield, Red Wing, St. Peter, Simley, South St. Paul and Waseca.
