More than 50 attend Daddy-Daughter dance

New Prague Area Community Education and To The Pointe! Dance Academy hosted the Third Annual Dance with Me, Daddy Royal Gala on Friday, Feb. 5, at Raven Stream Elementary School.

Approximately 50 girls attended, some accompanied by their dads and some by their grandpas. Each participant received a corsage, tiara, keepsake photo and frame, necklace and royal treats.

Dads and grandpas and daughters and granddaughters danced together to special daddy daughter songs and then also participated in dances like the limbo, conga line, hokey pokey and the Chicken Dance.

Princesses Belle, Elsa and Cinderella made special appearances and danced with all the couples throughout the night. They were also available for photos with all of the girls at the end of the event.
