No Christmas concert planned this season

The New Prague Area Community Christmas Concert. will not be part of this year's holiday traditions. The New Prague Area Historical Society, which sponsors the event, decided not to hold the concert, partly because the New Prague Community Band is currently without a director. Shari Howell decided to step down from the position this fall. She took over as director in 2006 from Sandy Gallagher.
