Not just horsing around

Eighth graders Maddy Fife, left, and Shelby Reeser show off their creation, 'Horse of a different color,' during the Student Art Fair at the New Prague Library Thursday, April 21. Their piece was constructed using chicken wire and embroidery hoops to frame the sculpture and then packing tape to finish. The attention to detail included a braided main. Their work and those of other students in grades 6-12 in the school district will be on display at the library through next week.
