Open house to honor Tony Buthe

The New Prague Football Association will sponsor an open house to celebrate Tony Buthe's 13 years as a football coach at New Prague High School.

Buthe announced in November that he was stepping down as head football coach. He is serving as interim special services director for New Prague Area Schools and plans to pursue a permanent administrative job.

The event will be Saturday, Feb. 28, at Ridges at Sand Creek Golf Club in Jordan. A social hour will begin at 6:30 p.m. with hors d'oeuvres. There will be a program at 8 p.m.
