Otto Joseph Slavik

A son, Otto Joseph, was born to Nick and Amy (Bowen) Slavik of New Prague on Sunday, Feb. 24, 2013, at Mayo Clinic Health System in New Prague. He weighed 8 pounds, 15 ounces and was 19-1/2 inches long. He is welcomed home by a sister Orelia, 4, and a brother Milo, 2.
Grandparents are Sue Bowen, Apple Valley, Jeff Bowen, Fremont, CA, and Mike and Ann Slavik, New Prague.
Great-grandparents are Mary Spaeth, Bloomington, Frank and Mary Lou Bowen, Burnsville, and Elizabeth Suel, Bellingham, WA.
