Over 35/40 softball teams compete at tourney

The New Prague Boys Basketball Association sponsored the 33rd Over 35/40 softball classic on Saturday, Sept. 8, at Memorial Park in New Prague.

Teams Pass, City Club, Milinkovich and Guentzel competed in the Over 35 division, and Teams Prochaska, Gill, Kartak and Wagner competed in the Over 40 division.

The weather cooperated, as teams played softball with some dazzling plays in field and at the plate.

Team Guentzel fought off all competitors in the Over 35 division, going undefeated.
