Over 35/40 softball tourney is Sept. 6

The 34th Annual Over 35/40 Men's Softball Classic is scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 6, at the New Prague Memorial Park softball fields. Tournament play begins at 10 a.m., with the final games being played at 3 p.m.

Lori Geiger, one of the tournament organizers, says this year's tournament again features some of New Prague's finest names, such as Prochaska, Gregor, Bartusek and Gill. This year's tournament is sponsored by the New Prague High School boys basketball team. Any teams interested in playing should register by August 31.
