Parkview breaks ground on new home
By Patrick Fisher
A brief ceremony was held on the site of the old Chalupsky farm on the east edge of New Prague Wednesday, July 7, marking the breaking of ground for the city’s newest medical building.
Participating in the ceremony for Parkview Medical Center were staff members of the clinic and representatives of the City of New Prague, Engan Associates, the architectural firm designing the building and Greystone Construction, the company building the clinic.
The center, the new home of Parkview Medical Clinic, will be located on a two-acre lot between NAPA Auto Parts and New Prague Maytag Home Appliance Center, along Highways 13/19. Work was scheduled to begin Monday, July 12, on the approximately 7,600-square-foot, one-story building, which is expected to be completed in about five months.
We look forward to being in a new and larger place
