Patricia Johnson, 76
Patricia L. Johnson, 76, of New Prague, died Friday, May 1, 2009 at the Mala Strana Health Care Center in New Prague.
Born April 9, 1933, in Bosque County, TX, Patricia was a daughter of Thomas and Ernestine (Brown) Blackwell. She graduated from Austin, TX High School in 1951, attended Texas State College for Women at Denton, TX in 1951-52, and moved to Minnesota in 1952. Patricia married Herbert Johnson on April 11, 1953, in Austin, TX, and she was a homemaker in her own home.
She is survived by children Michael Johnson, Duluth and Dr. Sandra (Robert) Morris, New Prague; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband on June 1, 2002; and her parents.
A memorial service will be held Friday, May 8, at 7 p.m., at the Bruzek Funeral Home in New Prague, with Rev. Diane Goulson officiating.
Interment will be held at Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis.
Visitation will be held for one hour prior to the service on Friday.
