Photo Contest winners named

The winners in the 2004 Dozinky Photo Contest recently received their prizes. Judges for the event were Rick Stidger of Stidger Photography and Laurie Pease Johnson of Johnson Photography. Winners and their categories are MaryAnn Steen, (Ethnic); Stephanie Connelly, (New Prague residents); and Donna Novotny, overall winner and Harvest category. All three winners received $25 in gift certificates from both the photography studios and, as overall winner, Novotny also received $50 in New Prague Czechs. Novotny’s winning photo was taken at Farmfest in Waseca.
