Planning Commission OK’s final plat for new school site

The New Prague Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously recommended for approval the final plat for Raven Stream Village First Addition at a special meeting on Monday. The plat includes the new elementary school to be built by New Prague Area Schools.

The plat is located on the west side of New Prague and is part of a larger housing subdivision proposed by Geiger Land Development, Inc. In addition to the school, the area includes a park and a few streets.
