Police investigate burglary at Corner Bar

The New Prague Police are investigating a burglary at the Corner Bar, 100 Main St. W, in New Prague.
    Police received a call at 6:31 a.m. Friday, Dec. 14, that the business had been broken into during the night. It was determined that the burglary occurred sometime between 1:45 and 6:20 a.m.
    Entry was gained through the east door of the building. Once the suspect(s) made entry, cash was removed from the bar area. No suspects are identified at this time.
    A Scott County Sheriff’s Office investigator is assisting with processing some items removed from the business for evidence.
