NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE



December 28, 2004

YOU ARE NOTIFIED THAT:

1. Default has occurred in the conditions of the Mortgage dated December 3, 2002 by Gary L. Lindmeyer and Kathleen M. Lindmeyer husband and wife, as Mortgagors, to State Bank of New Prague, as Mortgagee, and filed for record January 3, 2003, as Document No. 138207, in the Office of the County Recorder of Scott County, Minnesota. The land described in the Mortgage is not registered land.

2. The Mortgage has been assigned as follows: N/A.

3. The original principal amount secured by the Mortgage was: $25,000.00.

4. No action or proceeding at law is now pending to recover the debt secured by the Mortgage, or any part thereof.

5. The holder of the Mortgage has complied with all conditions precedent to acceleration of the debt secured by the Mortgage and foreclosure of the Mortgage, and all notice and other requirements of applicable statutes.

6. At the date of this notice, the amount due on the Mortgage, and taxes, if any, paid by the holder of the Mortgage is: $1,878.49 principal plus accrued interest to date.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION ON: TORRENS CErtificate # 19826: All that part of Lot 3, Block D, of the Outlots of Jordan, Scott County, Minnesota, described as follows: Starting at a stone monument on the North line of 4th Street at a point about 51 rods East of the North and South quarter section line through section 19, Township 114, Range 23; and running thence North on the East line of said Lot 3, 142.0 feet to the Southeast corner of the land herein described; thence continuing North on the same line 37.1 feet; thence West on a line parallel to the one-sixteenth line a distance of 80.0 feet; thence due South 34.3 feet; and thence East 80.0 feet to the point of beginning.

will be sold by the County Sheriff of Scott County, Minnesota, at public auction on March 9, 2005, at 10:00 a.m., at Scott County Sheriff’s Office, 200 Fourth Avenue West Shakopee, Minnesota 55379.

8. The time allowed by law for redemption by Mortgagors or Mortgagors’ personal representatives or assigns is six (6) months after the date of sale.

9. THE RIGHT TO VERIFICATION OF THE DEBT AND IDENTITY OF THE ORIGINAL CREDITOR WITHIN THE TIME PROVIDED BY LAW IS NOT AFFECTED BY THIS ACTION.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That default has occurred in the conditions of that certain mortgage dated October 30, 1995, executed by William E. Keech and Kathy J. Keech, husband and wife, as mortgagors, to Lakeland Mortgagee Corporation, a Minnesota corporation, as mortgagee, and filed for record in the Office of the County Recorder, in and for the Count of Le Sueur, Minnesota, on October 31, 1995 as Document No. 249657; which mortgage was assigned to Norwest Mortgage. will be sold by the sheriff of said county at public auction to the highest bidder on March 10, 2005 at 10:00 A.M., at the main office of the Le Sueur County Sheriff, 130 South Park Avenue, Le Center, Minnesota, to pay the debt then secured by said mortgage and taxes, if any actually paid by the mortgagee, on the premises and the costs and disbursements allowed by law.
