NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application for informal probate of the Decedent’s Will dated June 26, 1996, and for the informal appointment of Shirley A. Vavra whose address is 503 Columbus Avenue North, New Prague, MN 56071, as Personal Representative of the estate of the above decedent, has been made and granted. Any heir, legatee, devisee or other interested person may be entitled to appointment as Personal Representative or may object to the appointment of the Personal Representative and the Personal Representative is empowered to fully administer the estate including, after 30 days from the date of issuance of her letters, the power to sell, encumber, lease or distribute real estate, unless objections thereto are filed with the Court (pursuant to M.S.A. Section 524.3-607) and the Court otherwise orders.
Notice is further given that ALL CREDITORS having claims against said estate are required to present the same to said Personal Representative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this notice or said claims will be barred.

1.03 DEPOSIT
A. Contractors may obtain sets of documents through the printing company for a refundable deposit of $150 per set if a bonifide bid is submitted and documents are returned in good condition within ten (10) working days after the bid opening. Copies of documents will be available on or about July 26, 2005.

1.04 REJECTION & BID AWARD

C. Alternates may be selectively accepted or rejected in any order at the Owner’s discretion.

PUBLIC NOTICE
Building Demolition Project
The City of New Prague Economic Development Authority is seeking bids for the demolition and removal of the old Bullbarn Building located at 502 4th Av. NW and the two bedroom home located at 602 4th Av. NW.
These two properties are located in the Wally Miller Business Park which is on State Highway 21 one fourth mile north of the intersection of State Hwy. 19 and State Hwy. 21 in the City of New Prague.
The Bullbarn building is a single story concrete building of approximately ten thousand square feet with no basement. The home is a small two bedroom house with basement.
All materials are to be removed from the site including basement floor, footings, sidewalks, silo footings, etc. The site is to be returned to buildable status. All hazardous materials have been removed from the site. The project will also include some tree removal; soil correction, and grading needed to prepare the land for development.

Notice is given that an application for informal probate of the Decedent’s will dated November 22, 1994 and codicil to the will dated March 29 2005, has been filed with the Registrar. The application has been granted.
Notice is also given that the Registrar has informally appointed Shirley Bartusek and Allen Svoboda , whose addresses are, respectively, 91 South Maple Avenue, Le Center, MN 56057 and 4985 235th Street, Elko, MN 55020
as personal representatives of the Estate of the Decedent. Any heir, devisee or other interested person may be entitled to appointment as personal representative or may object to the appointment of the personal representatives. Unless objections are filed with the Court (pursuant to Minn. Stat. 524.3-607) and the Court otherwise orders, the personal representatives have full power to administer the Estate including, after 30 days from the date of issuance of letters, the power to sell, encumber, lease or distribute real estate.
Any objections to the probate of the will or appointment of the Personal Representatives must be filed with this Court and will be heard by the Court after the filing of an appropriate petition and proper notice of hearing.
Notice is also given that (subject to Minn. Stat. 524.3-801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the personal representatives or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.
