MINNESOTA FAMILY INVESTMENT PROGRAM (MFIP) CONSOLIDATED FUND AND CHILDREN AND

COMMUNITY SERVICES ACT (CCSA) CONSOLIDATED FUND

The 2003 MN Legislature approved consolidated funding for the Minnesota Family Investment Program (MFIP) and the Children and Community Services Act (CCSA), giving counties greater flexibility to meet the needs of children and families while increasing accountability (MN Session Laws 2003, 1st Special Session, Chapter 14).

The Le Sueur County Department of Human Services is developing the integrated Biennial Service Plan and Agreement for 2006 - 2007. Citizen participation is invited in the development of the Biennial Plan. The methods by which the Le Sueur County Department of Human Services will provide opportunity for public participation are through public comments, presentations to advisory boards and through access to the County Web Page.

The integrated proposed Biennial Service Plan and Agreement are to be completed by October 15, 2005 and will be available for public review and comment after that date.

The integrated Biennial Service Plan and Agreement will contain information about community social services, financial assistance, service delivery, eligibility for services, social service funding, program goals and objectives, and projections of expenditures.

NOTICE OF MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE SALE



THE RIGHT TO VERIFICATION OF THE DEBT AND IDENTITY OF THE ORIGINAL CREDITOR WITHIN THE TIME PROVIDED BY LAW IS NOT AFFECTED BY THIS ACTION.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That default has occurred in the conditions of that certain mortgage dated June 11, 2003 executed by Nancy L. Schugel, a single person, as mortgagor, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., a Delaware corporation, as nominee for EquiFirst Corporation, a North Carolina corporation, as mortgagee, and filed for record in the Office of the County Recorder, in and for the County of Le Sueur, Minnesota, on June 19, 2003 as Document No. 309914; the original principal amount secured by said mortgage being $104,400.00; that no action or proceeding has been instituted at law to recover the debt secured by said mortgage, or any part thereof; that there has been compliance with all pre-foreclosure notice and acceleration requirements of said mortgage, and/or applicable statutes; that there is claimed to be due upon said mortgage, including interest to the date hereof, the sum of $109,298.18 and that pursuant to the power of sale therein contained, said mortgage will be foreclosed and the tract(s) of land lying and being in the County of Le Sueur, State of Minnesota, described as follows, to wit:

Lot Numbered One (1), in Block Seventy-One (71), all in the Village (now City) of Cleveland, Le Sueur County, Minnesota will be sold by the sheriff of said county at public auction to the highest bidder on October 20, 2005 at 10:00 A.M., at the main office of the Le Sueur County Sheriff, 130 South Park Avenue, Le Center, Minnesota, to pay the debt then secured by said mortgage and taxes, if any actually paid by the mortgagee, on the premises and the costs and disbursements allowed by law. The time allowed by law for redemption by said mortgagor(s), their personal representatives or assigns is six (6) months from the date of sale.

Mortgagors released from financial obligation on the mortgage: none.
