Public Utilities Commission approves BEVCOMM rate reduction

BEVCOMM, which provides telephone, internet and cable TV services in New Prague and other communities in southern Minnesota, has been approved by the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission to reduce rates on residential and business phone lines.

The consistent growth in the New Prague area has allowed BEVCOMM to provide voice service more economically, according to company officials. The rate reduction goes into effect this month.
