Puncochar - Bauer
Kayla Bauer, daughter of Roger and Rose Bauer of Jordan, and Pat Puncochar, son of Jack and Amy Puncochar of New Prague, were married Saturday, June 15, 2013, at St. Mary’s of the Purification Church in Marystown, with Father Orlando Tatel officiating.
Lectors were Allie Menden of Shakopee, cousin of the bride, and Diane Schoenbauer of New Prague, aunt of the groom. Gift bearers were Joe Hentges of Shakopee and Nick Schoenbauer of New Prague, Godfathers of the bride and groom. Music was by LuVerne Verhoeven.
The bride was escorted by her parents. Sammie Hentges of Shakopee, cousin of the bride, was Maid of Honor. Bridesmaids were Shelby Breeggemann of Shakopee, Tami Shambour of Jordan, Diane Widmer of Montgomery, Ellen Puncochar of Rochester, sister of the groom, Greta Geis of Shakopee and Jen Theis of New Prague, cousin of the bride.
Flower girl was Claire Widmer.
Kelly Hansen and Shannon Quinn, both of Rapid City, SD, and cousins of the bride, were personal attendants.
Mike Puncochar of New Prague, brother of the groom, was best man. Groomsmen were Bob Widmer of Montgomery, John Verhoeven of Montrose, CO, Ben Bauer of Shakopee, brother of the bride, Russ Holets of Rochester, cousin of the groom, and Dan Bauer of Jordan, brother of the bride.
Usher and usherette were Adam Hertaus of New Prague and Rachel Puncochar of New Prague, sister- in-law of the groom. Following the ceremony, a reception was held at the Park Ballroom in New Prague.
After a wedding trip to the Black Hills and Colorado, the couple is making their home near Union Hill.
