Rachel Frances Simon, 18, of Bloomington, died Thursday, July 29, 2010, at her home. Funeral Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 4, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 210 North Broadway in Jordan. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 3, at Ballard-Sunder Funeral Home, 104 First St. W., in Jordan, and one hour prior to Mass at the Church.
