Richard Dale Russell, 79, of Montgomery, passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2013, at Mala Strana Health Care in New Prague. Visitation will be Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2013, from 9 to 11 a.m. at FaithPoint Lutheran Church in New Prague. Funeral services will follow the visitation on Tuesday at 11 a.m. at the church. Arrangements are with Schoenbauer Funeral Home in Montgomery. A full obituary will be published in the December 5 edition of the Montgomery Messenger.
