Richard Studnicka, 76, of Montgomery, died Thursday, Oct. 7, 2010, at the Central Health Care Center in Le Center. 

Richard was born on the home farm in Erin Township on November 3, 1933, a son of Frank and Rose (Horish) Studnicka. He attended Foley's Country School and was a cattle farmer in rural Montgomery. Richard enjoyed going to auctions, threshing shows and Pioneer Power.
