Robert Ceplecha, 66
Robert J. Ceplecha, 66, of Le Sueur, formerly of Montgomery, died Tuesday, Oct. 2, 2012, at his home. Robert was born on May 17, 1946, in New Prague, a son of Joseph and Gertrude (Trcka) Ceplecha. He married Elaine Prchal on November 29, 1966, at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Montgomery. He enlisted in the United States Marines and served in the Vietnam War. Robert worked for Southern Communications in Waseca for 20 years. He is survived by children Roland (Lori) Ceplecha, Montgomery, Joe (Mary) Ceplecha, St. Peter, and Lori (Joe) Procopio, Morristown, NJ.; siblings Roman (Rosie) Ceplecha, Montgomery, Raymond (Phyllis) Ceplecha, Lonsdale, and Janet (Fritz) Kalina, Lonsdale; and five step-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife; a sister Joyce Fierst; and grandson Hunter. Funeral services were held at 1 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 6, at the Schoenbauer Funeral Home in Montgomery. Burial was at Bohemian National Cemetery in Montgomery, with military honors provided by the Montgomery Area Veterans Honor Guard. Visitation was held Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the Schoenbauer Funeral Home.
