Robert Francis Vosejpka, 71

Robert Francis Vosejpka, 71, of Lonsdale, died at St. Gertrude’s Health Center in Shakopee on Saturday, Jan. 22, 2005.

Robert was born on May 25, 1933, in Rice County, to Frank and Ludmilla (Skluzacek) Vosejpka. He graduated from Montgomery High School in 1951.

On June 16, 1955, Robert Vosejpka and Helen Sirek were married at Most Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Montgomery. He owned and operated Vosejpka Electric for numerous years. He was a member of the Lonsdale American Legion.

He is survived by his wife, Helen, Lonsdale; children, Dennis (Kathy) Vosejpka, Charlene (Norman) Sticha, Ken (Marilyn) Vosejpka, Rod (Barb) Vosejpka, Joan (Tom) Larson, Krissy (Shannon) Geer, all of Lonsdale; 16 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; brother, Fritz (Mary Jane) Vosejpka, Lonsdale.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral service is on Thursday, Jan. 27, at 1 p.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Lonsdale. Father Michael Sauber will officiate. Color Guard is being provided by the Lonsdale American Legion.

Visitation is at White Funeral Home in Lonsdale from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Thursday.

Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery in Lonsdale.
