Roy Edward Howe, 82, passed away peacefully Thursday, December 15, 2016, at his home in Lonsdale, Minn. surrounded by his family. A funeral service for Roy will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, December 27, at Trondhjem Lutheran Church in Lonsdale, Minn. Arrangements by the White Funeral Home of Lonsdale. An obituary will be published in the December 22, 2016, print edition of The New Prague Times and Montgomery Messenger.
