Schroeder-Koehnen

Tara Koehnen and Derek Schroeder, both of Elko New Market, are pleased to announce their engagement.

Tara is the daughter of Dan and Peg Koehnen of New Prague. She is a 2005 graduate of New Prague High School and earned a bachelor of science degree in economics, finance and political science from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. She is self-employed as an EMR health care consultant.

Derek is the son of Tom and Sandy Schroeder of Wells. He graduated from United South Central High School in 2000 and earned a degree in sales and management from St. Cloud Technical College. He is employed as a store manager for The Sports Authority.

The couple will be married on May 25, 2013, at the bride’s family home with a reception following at Brackett’s Crossing Country Club in Lakeville.
