Season's first snowy commute
The Tuesday, Nov. 22 rain and snowfall created a foggy and snowy commute on Wednesday morning, bringing the snow plows out on some roads for the first time this season.
According to the Community Collaborative Rain, Hail and Snow (CoCoRaHS) Network on Wednesday morning, Montgomery's 24-hour precipitation total was 1.13 inches, most of which fell as rain. Had Tuesday's temperatures been just a few degrees colder, there would have been much more than just an inch of heavy, wet snow to deal with on Wednesday morning.
