Snap Fitness and Subway coming to Lonsdale

The Rolling Ridge Marketplace, with Fred's IGA Foods and Lonsdale Liquor, will see Snap Fitness and Subway Restaurant this summer after the Lonsdale City Council approved them at its regular meeting Thursday, April 26.

According to a City Administrator Joel Erickson, Subway restaurant owners Dennis and Mary Langhoff of Lonsdale will purchase the lot next to the liquor store from the city and will build the restaurant that will be attached to Lonsdale Liquor with a drive-thru lane on the west side of the building.
