Spitzacks named Grand Marshals

Al and Charla Spitzack have been named the grand marshals for North Morristown’s 125th Fourth of July Celebration, which will be held in North Morristown on Tuesday, July 4.

Al has been the chairman of the celebration for 26 years and serves as the master of ceremony during the patriotic program. Charla volunteers in the food stand and helps with Bingo.

“It’s a Norman Rockwell-like family celebration, and we do celebrate Independence Day. We honor our veterans and celebrate our freedom," Al stated. "It takes a lot of work from a lot of people and the grace of God to keep everything going, but everyone who's out there volunteering knows it’s a worthwhile event.”
