Students are back!
Students returned to the classrooms and the hallways at New Prague Middle School Monday, Aug. 29, as the 2016-17 school year got underway. The locker banks at the middle school were filled with students heading to their classrooms Monday morning. The students are dealing with a temporary entrance and several blocked off areas as construction on the middle school addition continues. The new classroom addition and administrative offices are expected to be completed by the end of 2016. More construction will continue in the building through the end of the school year. Classes also started at New Prague High School and St. Wenceslaus School Monday. Classes start at the New Prague Area Schools' three elementary buildings on Wednesday, Aug. 31. (Chuck Kajer Photo)
