Students 'make their mark' with artistic time capsule

A wall of Margaret Sullivan's second-grade classroom at Falcon Ridge Elementary School in New Prague has been transformed into an artistic time capsule.

The wall once held a blackboard. However, schools have begun replacing blackboards with whiteboards, so the blackboard was removed. It was decided to put up cork and use the space as a bulletin board instead.

Sullivan decided to give her students and others a chance to be creative before that work was completed.
