Svendsen-Kimmet

Jennifer Kimmet of Montgomery and Brian Svendsen of Maplewood announce their engagement.

Jennifer is the daughter of Terry and Elaine Kimmet of Montgomery. She graduated from Montgomery-Lonsdale High School in 2003 and St. Cloud State University in 2007 with a bachelor of science degree in finance. She is currently working as an accountant in Lakeville.

Brian is the son of Roger Svendsen of Maplewood and Patricia Svendsen of St. Paul. He is a 1996 graduate of North High School in North St. Paul and a 2001 graduate of Minnesota State University-Mankato. He has a bachelors of science degree in elementary education, and is currently working as a third grade teacher in New Ulm.

The couple's wedding is planned for June 27, 2009, at Creek's Bend Golf Course in New Prague.
