Third candidate files for Scott Co. Commissioner

A primary election appears to be on tap for Scott County's First District. Jerry Kucera of Sand Creek Township filed for the seat currently held by Joe Wagner of Jordan. Joe Thill of Jordan has also filed. Read more in the June 3, 2010, print edition of The New Prague Times.
