Three arrested on drug charges

Three people from the area were arrested last week on possessing and selling controlled substances, including methamphetamine.
In a press release, Le Sueur County Sheriff Dave Tietz announced the arrest of Courtney Maxine Dickie, 37, of rural Cleveland. Dickie was arrested in Mankato on Friday after she had sold methamphetamine totaling 22 grams, once in Le Center and once in Mankato to an informant working with Minnesota River Valley Drug Task Force.
Other subjects include Kevin Michael Cemenski, 29, and Tessa Jo Ely, 29, both of Le Center, who were arrested on Wednesday night after investigators executed a search warrant at their shared residence.  
Tietz said during the search of the residence, investigators located methamphetamine, a large amount of marijuana, marijuana wax and fentanyl patch. Ely was arrested at the residence in Le Center, and Cemenski was arrested in Mankato.
Cemenski and Ely have been charged with various control substance crimes including a 2nd Degree Control Substance Crime for sales of methamphetamine and 3rd Degree and 5th Degree Control Substance Crimes for possessing the methamphetamine; large amount of marijuana; the marijuana wax and the fentanyl patch. They appeared in Le Sueur County District Court on Friday, Jan. 6, 2017. Cemenski’s bail was set at $300,000 bond or $30,000 cash with conditions, or $500,000 or $50,000 without conditions. 
Ely’s bail was set at $200,000 bond or $20,000 cash with conditions, or $500,000 bond or $50,000 cash without conditions.
Dickie appeared in Le Sueur County District Court on Monday, Jan 9, and her bail was set at $200,000 bond or $20,000 cash with conditions, or $500,000 bond or $50,000 cash without conditions.
Minnesota River Valley Drug Task Force was assisted by the Le Sueur County Sheriff’s Office in the investigation.
