Three big events Friday night for Trojan teams

    Tonight will be a big night for New Prague Trojan sports, with three state-ranked teams in action, two of them against state-ranked rivals.
    The Trojan gymnastics team, ranked No. 1 in Class A, will host the Northfield Raiders in a Missota Conference matchup at the New Prague Gymnastics Center. The Raiders are ranked No. 3 in Class AA. The meet begins at 6:30 p.m.
    Meanwhile, the Trojan wrestling team, ranked No. 5 in Class AA, takes on No. 4 Scott West at 7 p.m. in Belle Plaine. The two teams have a big rivalry and faced each other last year in the Section 2AA finals.
    Also tonight, the Trojan girls basketball team (No. 3, Class AAA) opens its Missota Conference schedule at Northfield at 7:30 p.m.
