The Titans took control from the start behind Brennan Vollmer, who went 3-3 at the plate.

Vollmer doubled in the second and third innings and singled in the fifth.

“Pint allowed one earned run, three hits and one walk while striking out four over seven innings of work,” he said.

Logan Jahnke took the loss for Blue Earth . He allowed six runs in three innings, walked three and struck out two.

The game was never in doubt after the first inning, as the Titans scored one run on an RBI single by Trey Krautkremer.  They then piled on five more runs in the bottom of the third. A error scored Pint and Krautkremer for the inning's first run that was followed up by Vollmer's double, scoring Jackson Feddema and Jack Skluzacek.
