According to Titan coach Kevin Woitas, the TCU team and Medford battled it out until Medford sprang ahead.
“We went back and forth against Medford all night and took the lead early in the second half, but weren't able to hold on as the Tigers got into the bonus early and made their free throws going down the stretch,” he said.
The Titans were led by Alyshia Angileno with 11 points and 10 rebounds.  Courtney Hentges also added 7 points.  Chelsey Walerius had 6 points, Sarah Holicky and Danielle Angileno had 5 points each, Joslyn Vargo 4 points and 8 rebounds, Madie Chadderdon had 4 points and 7 rebounds.  Nora Miller also chipped in 2 points.

The Titans did a much better job of shooting on Tuesday, Feb. 12 against the best team in the conference, but it was not enough to match the hot shooting players from Jordan.  The Titans shot 36 percent on the night and 93 percent from the free throw line.
Unfortunately, the Titans were plagued once again by turnovers, committing 33 of them on the night.  The Titans were led by Joslyn Vargo who had 12 points.  Megan Steffen, Alyshia Angileno, and Coley Selly each added 6 points.  Edith Martinez and Amber Brokl had 4 points each.  Courtney Hentges and Molly Ehlers each added 3 points.  Sam Ruger, Nora Miller, and Sarah Holicky each chipped in 2 points a piece.
