Titans ranked No. 2 in AP Poll

The Tri-City United Titans are ranked No. 2 in Class AAA in the State AP Football Poll released Wednesday, Sept. 7. 

Pierz is the No. 1-ranked team, with 67 votes. TCU is second with 49, while Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton and Jackson County Central are tied for third at 42. Two teams on the Titans’ schedule are in the top 10 - Belle Plaine at No. 6 and Fairmont at No. 7. Another future TCU foe - Marshall, is ranked No. 4 in Class AAAA. 

The Titans are scheduled to host New Ulm Friday, Sept. 9, in their home opener in Montgomery.
