Trondhjem Social planned for Sunday

The Trondhjem Community Preservation Society (TCPS) is sponsoring an Ice Cream and Pie Social and Bake Sale on the lawn of the old Trondhjem Church from 1-4:30 p.m. Sunday, July 25. The fundraiser is to help restore and preserve the 105-year-old church which is located about one-mile east and one mile south of Lonsdale at 8501 Garfield Ave.

There will be hot dogs, potato salad, mexi-burgers, coffee, pop, ice cream and homemade pies. The bake sale will include many traditional Norwegian baked goods. The Highview Country Singers, from Christiana Highview Church of Farmington, will provide entertainment.
