Two- and four-legged walkers make pet-walk a success

Hopefully this is the first of many.

Steve Bruchman, Director of Community Services for the New Prague Area School District, said that at the opening of the first Pets for Nature Pet Walk held on Saturday, May 7, at Southside Park.

Even though there was some rain during the Pet Walk, 20 people came out to participate in the two-mile event, which was held to help raise funds for New Prague’s parks.
