Two NPHS students attend Camp Enterprise

Two New Prague High School seniors, Stacey Kraska and Anissa Svoboda, attended a three-day business camp called Camp Enterprise.

Camp Enterprise is a business camp sponsored by the Rotary Club of New Prague that allows seniors the opportunity to listen to business motivational speakers, network with business professionals and students, work on developing a business or product as a corporation, and presenting that business or product to a potential investor.

Both students have completed a number of business courses in our curriculum so I was pleased that they both had the opportunity to apply what they have learned through those courses., stated Aaron Jasperson, business education department chair at New Prague High School.

Camp Enterprise is not all business. During their free time, Anissa and Stacey were treated to a pizza party, dance, and a campfire.
