Veterans and their spouses and widows can attend a presentation on Veterans benefits by Roger Willmore, director of Scott County Veterans Service, at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 23, at Philipp Square Apartments, 116 First Ave. NW, in New Prague.
