Waterville man responds to explosion

Paul Meskan, a Waterville native, was interviewed by news crews after witnessing the explosion at Minnehaha Academy in Minneapolis August 2 and responding to help the victims.

Paul Meskan, son of Larry and Marlys Meskan of Waterville, was one of the first to respond to a natural gas explosion at Minnehaha Academy in Minneapolis on Wednesday morning, August 2, that killed two people and injured two others, one critically.
