Weiers-Trewartha

Katie Trewartha of New Prague, daughter of Steve and Deb Trewartha of New Prague, and Brent Weiers of Lonsdale, son of Greg and Jayne Weiers of Lonsdale, announce their engagement. Katie graduated from New Prague High School in 2007. She graduated from Luther College in 2011 with a degree in elementary education and English as a second language. She is employed at New Prague Middle School as a sixth grade language arts teacher. Brent graduated from New Prague High School in 2007. He graduated from Motorcycle Mechanics Institute in Arizona in 2009 with a degree in motorcycle technology. He is employed as a machinist at Busch Bros. Machining in New Prague. The wedding is on October 13, 2012, outside at Memorial Park with a reception to follow at the Park Ballroom.
