West thumps Trojans

No. 1-ranked Mankato West scored 52 first half points on its way to a 60-14 football win over New Prague at Trojan field Thursday, Sept. 1. New Prague scored on two big plays in the second half, a 71-yard pass from Kyle Stepka to Zach Shetka and a 59-yard run by Ben Oldenburg. New Prague will host Holy Angels at 7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 9.
