Wilcox open house is Monday

An open house reception will be held for New Prague City Council member Kay Wilcox Monday, Dec. 20, prior to that evening's city council meeting.

Wilcox is concluding a 21-year tenure on the council. She took office in 1990 and has served five terms. She chose not to run for a sixth term.

The reception will be held from 4:30 to 6 p.m. at the New Prague City Hall Council Chamber, 118 Central Ave. N.
