Woyda receives Eagle Scout award

Tyler Woyda has earned the highest advancement award the Boy Scouts of America offers to Scouts, the Eagle Scout Award. He is one of approximately 4 percent of all Boy Scouts who attain the Eagle rank. Woyda, a member of New Prague Boy Scout Troop 323, was honored at an Eagle Scout ceremony held at the American Legion Clubroom on September 24. He is the son of Paul and Kari Woyda.

Woyda’s Eagle Scout project involved making repairs and improvements to the New Prague Area Schools’ Living Lab.
