Yvonne Trcka, 77

Yvonne Trcka, 77, of Montgomery, died at Mala Strana Health Care in New Prague on Friday, May 25, 2018, from a stroke.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 30, 2018, at Schoenbauer Funeral Home in Montgomery from 4 to 8 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 31, 2018, at 10:30 a.m. with visitation from 9:30 a.m. to time of service. Chaplin, Deb Mechley will be officiating. Interment will be at St. John Catholic Cemetery in Montgomery.

Yvonne was born on December 3, 1940, in New Prague to Emil and Evelyn (Honza) Turek. Yvonne was united in marriage to Francis Trcka on February 24, 1962 in Faribault. Yvonne worked at Green Giant and United Steel both in Montgomery, and Chart in New Prague. 

Yvonne enjoyed cooking, flower and vegetable gardening, socializing with friends, and was a member of Golden Agers in Lonsdale. She also enjoyed spending time with family.

Yvonne is survived by children; Ron (Therese Barnett) Trcka of Shieldsville, Charlotte (Bruce) Davis of Montgomery, and Brian (Julie) Trcka of Lakeville; grandchildren, Jenny (Ryan) Angelow, Kelsey and Brad Davis, and Sara and Kate Trcka; great-grandchildren, Avery, Archer and Axel Angelow; siblings, Eldon (Barb) Turek of Kilkenny, Janice (John) Graff of Lakeville, and Jean Scheibe of Faribault.

Yvonne is preceded in death by her husband, Francis Trcka; parents; and an infant twin sister.
