Helen Brandt

Helen Brandt passed away surrounded by her loving children after a long, happy life filled with faith, family, and friends.

Helen considered her #1 career to be caring for, living with, and laughing with all of her children. She devoted her life to the community of Rosemount working in the schools and volunteering at St. Joe’s.

Helen was preceded in death by her parents; husband Ted; infant daughter; siblings Frank, Marian, Adeline, and Irene; and granddaughter Whitney. She is survived by her children Phil (Rollie), Tom (Chris), Kris Gilley (Charlie), Beverly, and Nancy Olson; eleven grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.

In her words, “What a journey this has been. Thank you for being here.”

Funeral mass will be Monday, August 5, at 11 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 13900 Biscayne Ave W, Rosemount. Visitation at 10 a.m.; luncheon to follow.
