Sylvia L. Rezac, 95

Sylvia L. Rezac, age 95 of Webster, MN passed away peacefully on December 17, 2019 at the Mala Strana Nursing Home surrounded by her loving family.

Sylvia was born on April 8, 1924 in Scott County, MN to Joseph and Helen (Novak) Cervenka.  She married Edward A. Rezac on September 19, 1944 in Veseli, MN, he was the love of her life for over 72 years.

Sylvia loved playing cards, crafting, gardening and making quilts for family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Edward, infant son, Edward Jr.; great grandsons: Lukas and Peyton; parents, brother, Joseph J. (Marion) Cervenka, and son-in-laws, David Skluzacek, and Joe Stanton.

She is survived by her children: Kathleen Skluzacek, Donna Stanton, Michael (Sharon) Rezac, and Jeanne (Alan) Bisek; 12 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; also by other loving relatives and friends.

Mass of Christian Burial, was 10:30 AM Saturday, December 21, 2019 at Most Holy Trinity Church in Veseli, MN with visitation starting at 9 AM at the CHURCH. Interment: Saint John’s Cemetery, Veseli, MN. A lunch followed at the American Legion in Lonsdale.
