Robin L. Smelser, 55

Robin L. Smelser, age 55 of Waterville, died on Sunday, December 9, 2018 at her home.
Funeral services will be held at Trinity Lutheran Church, Waterville on Friday, December 14, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. with the Reverend David C. Mumme officiating. Interment will be at Concordia Cemetery, North Morristown.
Visitation will be at Boldt Funeral Home, Faribault on Thursday, December 13 from 4 to 8 p.m. and also at church for one hour prior to the service on Friday.
Robin Lea, the daughter of Dahl James and LaVerne (Carlson) Edelman, was born September 5, 1963 in Duncan, OK. She graduated from Faribault High School in 1982. Robin married Randy Smelser on July 25, 1992 in Faribault. She was previously employed with Daiken Applied of Faribault; North American Gear & Forge of Waterville and the Faribault Regional Center for over 20 years.
She is survived by her husband, Randy of Waterville; four children, Jeremy Edelman (and Teri Holicky), Chris, Matt and Ashley Smelser, all of Waterville; two grandchildren, Isaac and Dylan Edelman; her mother, LaVerne Edelman of Claremont; her father, Dahl (and Kathy) Edelman of Solway; three sisters, Angie (and Mike) Moriarity of Claremont, Janet (and Jeff) Geyer of Waterville and Brenda (and Jeff) Johnsrud of Faribault; one brother, Hal Edelman of Faribault and many nieces and nephews.
